Do you have an experience to share? You can share below. Please indicate if you are willing for your story to be shared publicly (with or without naming you) and on what platforms (Instagram or the website). You may be contacted in the future about additional ways to share your story and/or if any legal action is pursued in further investigation or class action lawsuit if 40 or more women have contracted HPV as a result of his lack of providing fully informed consent. You can also make your report directly to the Washington County Sheriff's Department at 276-676-6000 if you have contracted HPV after having sexual relations with Kokotek without his prior accurate disclosure of his STD status.
If you have ever had any sexual contact with Jesse Kokotek, please get updated STD testing, especially for HPV (and schedule your annual Pap smear as HPV can cause cervical cancer, as well as other cancers). Please note that males are NOT tested for HPV on routine testing for STD panels so this result will not appear if you are given a copy of STD testing results, however, males may request testing if they are suspected to have HPV or have symptoms.
